Access is intended to be restricted, and confidentiality commitments are used. Our formal information-security procedures are still being developed.
We do not claim that every system or communication channel is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary confidential information, passwords or sensitive documents through ordinary email or unsecured channels unless an appropriate process has been agreed.
7. How long do we retain information?
Retention depends on the nature of the service, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, professional obligations and any ongoing transaction or dispute.
A comprehensive, documented retention schedule is yet to be finalised. We intend to avoid retaining information longer than necessary, while preserving records that must lawfully be retained. Appropriate deletion or disposal procedures should be followed when information is no longer required and no retention obligation prevents its removal.
