Deepak Bhambhani
Senior Vice President – Business Development & Operations
Deepak brings together analytical thinking, commercial experience and a hands-on understanding of how businesses operate.
An Engineering graduate in Computers and an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Mumbai, he began his professional journey in risk analysis with Citi. He subsequently ventured into the commodities markets, gaining first-hand experience of running a business and navigating its operational and commercial realities.
Over the past 15 years, Deepak has built substantial experience across the real-estate sector, working across business development, feasibility analysis, sales, project management, project delivery and fundraising. This journey has given him an appreciation of the many moving parts involved in running a business, coordinating stakeholders and translating plans into execution.
At Arthnirman, Deepak contributes to business development, marketing and operational coordination. His experience in understanding business requirements, engaging with people across different functions and working towards practical solutions complements the firm’s focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering a well-coordinated service experience.
A natural affinity for spreadsheets, problem-solving and storytelling shapes his approach to work. He believes that effective teamwork, clear communication and well-designed processes can make a meaningful difference to how an organisation functions.
His approach is straightforward: understand the situation, bring the right people together, and work towards a practical solution.
